Job Description

We are seeking a professional to support the implementation of SAP HCM, focusing on Compensation & Benefits processes.

Main Responsibilities

1. Implement SAP HCM with an emphasis on Compensation and Benefits processes.
2. Represent the C&B area in project forums, defining business rules and validating deliverables.
3. Assist in configuring job structures, salary grades, benefits packages, and merit and bonus cycles.
4. Ensure proper mapping, design, and configuration of C&B processes within the system.
5. Actively participate in testing phases (unit, integration, and UAT).
6. Collaborate with technology and consulting teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with internal policies.
7. Support the definition of integrations with benefits platforms and analytics tools.

Requirements and Skills

• Solid experience in Benefits and Compensation (Compensation & Benefits).
• Practical knowledge of job structures, salary tables, variable pay (such as profit sharing and bonuses), and benefits policies.
• Experience in implementing HR systems, especially SAP HCM.
• Experience with rule parametrization, system testing, and tracking technical deliveries.
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP integrations with payroll systems, benefits platforms, or data/analytics tools. Prior experience with modules PA, PY, and ECM (or SF Compensation).
