Polaris is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team. You will be the subject matter expert consulting with stakeholders on the design and maintenance of Workday HRIS, including core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and Talent/Performance. Evaluate new system functionality and recommend solutions in response to rapidly changing business requirements. Lead end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, training, change management, and communication. Responsible for day-to-day system support with HR Business Partners and managers, troubleshooting, and other projects or responsibilities as required.
The pay range for Minnesota is $78,000 to $97,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
