  • Solution Architecture: Lead all project activities related to solution architecture and system integrations, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and integration approaches.
  • Technical Supervision: Oversee technical aspects of the project to deliver high-quality, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
  • Scope: Manage software, system, and solution architecture, cybersecurity, networking, platform, system auditing, logging, system sizing, historical data reporting, migration, and integration processes.
  • Project Documentation: Read and understand project documentation (SoW, RFP, ToC) during the preparedness phase.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customer SMEs about technical details and risks.
  • Reporting: Report project-related issues/risks to the project manager and track task progress.
  • Requirement Mapping: Map customer requirements to product and contracted scope.
  • Collaboration: Work with System Architects, Product Owners/Managers, and Technical Leads to establish technical architecture and design standards.
  • Solution Design: Design solution architecture, including customizations and configurations, and maintain configuration documents.
  • Integration Design: Design project-specific online integrations between ADMS and customer external systems.
  • Development Backlog: Create and monitor development backlog, ensuring tasks fit customer needs.
  • Testing Support: Provide input for test cases and support testing phases (FAT, SAT).
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and triage system failures and problems, coordinating troubleshooting activities.
  • Training: Prepare training documentation and deliver trainings for online integrations.
  • Go-Live Support: Participate in cutover plan creation, go-live, and system availability phases.
  • Consultancy: Provide consultancy during warranty and S&M phases.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Supervise data migration processes, define data exchange formats, lead performance testing plan setup and execution, and triage defects found during testing.

  • You will report to the Digital Grid Delivery Center Brasil Technical Team Manager, who oversees the technical department.
  • Work closely with System Architects, Product Owners/Managers, and Technical Leads.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in correlated area
  • Several years of experience in solution architecture and system integrations.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity, networking, or related areas are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-quality, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of system auditing, logging, and data migration processes.
