CreedRoomz in São Paulo is seeking an HR Generalist to manage high-volume recruitment and end-to-end HR administration in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will design localized benefits, ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws, and help align HR metrics with business goals. This role requires bilingual Portuguese/English candidates and the ability to adapt to shift-based operations in a rapidly growing company.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of HR experience in high-volume recruitment for customer service, BPO, and gaming sectors.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Solid understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for game presenters, shufflers, studio managers and other roles.
• Oversee full-cycle HR administration and contract preparation with compliance.
• Design localized benefits packages including health insurance and allowances.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and analyze market trends in iGaming.
• Implement and optimize KPI framework for local workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for Game Presenters, Shufflers, Studio Managers, technical specialists, and other relevant roles to meet operational scaling needs


• Oversee full-cycle HR administration, ensuring total compliance with local labor laws, seamlessly managing contract preparation, and maintaining accurate personnel files


• Research, design, and roll out competitive localized benefits packages—including health insurance, transport allowances, and fitness perks—tailored to market standards


• Conduct continuous salary benchmarking and industry trend analysis within the local iGaming sector to maintain competitive compensation and drive high retention


• Implement, manage, and optimize the company's KPI framework for the local workforce to align employee performance with business objectives

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in HR, specializing in high-volume recruitment for the customer service, BPO, and gaming sectors


• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required


• Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations


• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
