Betsson Group is seeking a part-time HR Generalist in Brazil to support employees and managers across the full lifecycle. You will help ensure smooth HR operations, strong employee engagement, and compliance with local employment legislation in a collaborative People team.

This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a chance to contribute to daily employee experience within an international business environment.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within internal systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal policies.
• Coordinate facilities and office supplies.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience and BEE.
