CreedRoomz seeks a Litigation Counsel in Brazil to lead the management of the company’s litigation portfolio across employment, consumer, commercial, regulatory, and player disputes. You will develop strategies and oversee external counsel, ensuring timely responses and alignment with business objectives.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to support regulated gaming operations in Brazil, while monitoring budgets and legal exposure.

Qualificações

• Law degree and active OAB registration.
• 5+ years' experience in litigation, preferably in gaming, betting, fintech or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong experience managing labour, consumer and commercial disputes
• Experience coordinating external counsel and managing high-volume litigation
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Company's litigation portfolio, including employment litigation, consumer, commercial, regulatory, and player disputes
• Develop and implement litigation and settlement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Supervise external law firms, review legal work, monitor deadlines, budgets and performance
• Assess litigation risks, prepare legal opinions and support contingency and provision assessments
• Coordinate the resolution of player and consumer complaints and administrative proceedings before regulatory authorities
• Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks and legal developments affecting the gaming and betting business
• Prepare litigation reports, analyze litigation trends and recommend measures to reduce legal exposure and prevent future disputes
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to support the Company's regulated gaming operations in Brazil
