CreedRoomz is seeking a Gaming Equipment Engineer to join our team in Brazil. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on gaming equipment and related components, and provide technical support across the operation and upkeep of gaming machines.

You will interpret system data, install and configure equipment, and interact with regulatory gaming authorities as a company representative. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or technical support for gaming equipment.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment.
• B2 level of English proficiency, Portuguese.
• Highly organized with strong communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on gaming equipment and associated components
• Support all service-related tasks required for the operation and upkeep of gaming machines
• Interpret and analyze data recorded by gaming systems
• Install, relocate, and configure gaming equipment as needed
• Deliver technical support and consultancy services
• Operate workshop tools safely and efficiently, including hand tools, soldering devices, and electronic testing instruments; prepare relevant documentation for completed tasks
• Act as a company representative in interactions with regulatory gaming authorities
• Adhere to technical policies and procedures governing operations
• Contribute suggestions for optimizing procedures to enhance repair efficiency, safety standards, and equipment security
