Jobtailor in Curitiba is seeking an HR Services Specialist to act as the interface between leaders and HR Services, managing onboarding, vacations, leaves of absence, timekeeping, and payroll entries. The role requires advising leaders on HR procedures and supporting lifecycle processes to maintain compliance and a positive employee experience.

The position focuses on operational excellence, policy compliance, and collaboration with the People and Culture team on process improvements and system

Qualificações

• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
• Experience providing service and support to leaders and employees.
• Knowledge of Excel, SAP, and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Act as interface between leaders and HR Services to resolve requests.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, vacation, leave of absence, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure proper tracking of probationary and fixed-term contracts.
• Monitor electronic timekeeping processes and payroll-related entries.
• Manage disciplinary warning processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Advise leaders on HR procedures and process-related topics as needed.
• Support projects, process improvements, and system testing within the department.
• Support CoE leaders and the People and Culture team with operational activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
