Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (completed or in progress).
• Prior HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Good communication, active listening and collaborative attitude.
• Intermediate English.

• Support recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
• Assist with time and attendance management and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Assist with time and attendance management and employee inquiries/support
• Provide support to the Business Partner team in tracking leadership requests, assessing needs, and implementing engagement and climate initiatives
• Contribute to internal marketing (endomarketing), internal communication, and corporate events
• Support the updating of HR metrics and reports, as well as the organization of HR documents and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Prior experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Good communication, active listening, and a collaborative attitude
• Intermediate English
