THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager - CRM to our Marketing team in São Paulo!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Oversee, test, optimize, document and scale our evergreen monetization journey globally. Secure regional buy-in for rollouts and improvements.
  • Lead promotions and global initiatives tailored to acquisition and monetization audiences. Oversee and manage global campaigns, coordinate with various teams, monitor results, optimize performance, and refine strategies.
  • Identify global and regional opportunities using product and marketing data. Leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance user growth and monetization efforts.
  • Develop and scale CRO best practices, ensure global consistency in campaign playbooks based on experimentation and regional insights.
  • Design and propose global tests and campaigns, balancing strategy with regional nuances. Innovate through testing hypotheses locally and scaling successful initiatives globally.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Foster a supportive environment that promotes work-life balance and wellbeing.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Success in managing and executing global marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks that drive improvement.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with global campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
