RYZ is looking for a Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing the development of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from design to release. You will ensure the completion of high-quality projects on time while motivating team members and promoting continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems, software development, or information security
• 5+ years of experience in project management, leading large cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
• Strong organizational skills, critical path analysis, resource assessment, and independent execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project or product management roles
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies
• Proven ability to build strong collaborations across teams
