Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leader to oversee our Reactivations area, a key revenue driver generating over $50M/year, aiming to double this in 2025.

This role offers autonomy, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership support, working closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and enhance user experiences for dormant leads across reactivation efforts.
  2. Manage campaigns and trigger flows to maximize engagement and revenue.
  3. Propose new channels and triggers based on research to improve reactivation success.
  4. Share insights on trends to help evolve team strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile

While not a checklist, the ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing
  • 5+ years in Email, Demand Gen, or Growth Marketing
  • 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM
