CreedRoomz is seeking an IT Engineer to join our team in Brazil. You will monitor streaming equipment, manage critical IT infrastructure, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across live broadcast environments.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise IT support, strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting, networking expertise, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 rotating schedule. Fluency in English and native Portuguese are essential for this position.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hardware and software support within a technical or enterprise IT environment.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• In-depth experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
• Demonstrated experience managing Wi‑Fi and network systems, ensuring reliable device connectivity.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule within a 24/7 operational environment.
• Industry-recognized certifications in IT support or networking are an advantage.
• Prior experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment is considered a plus.
• C1 level of English proficiency, Native Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using diagnostic tools and system logs to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service.
• Handle incoming IT support requests, prioritizing the maintenance of essential infrastructure such as Dealer Computer, Encoders, Access Points, and Switches.
• Work closely with the development team to test applications prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with audio-visual, security, and IT departments to ensure robust and reliable network functionality across the organization.
• Manage the performance of encoders and media servers to ensure seamless broadcasting from live studio tables.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Partner with all Operations departments and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Replace and repair faulty equipment as necessary.
• Maintain workstation configurations and manage user access.
• Regularly update internal documentation and respond to IT incidents in accordance with SLA standards to avoid service disruptions.
• Oversee IT inventory by maintaining records, assigning equipment, conducting periodic audits, and coordinating with external suppliers to address IT-related issues with minimal operational impact.
• Continuously enhance IT infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
• Perform ongoing hardware/software maintenance and enforce security protocols to protect company data and ensure information confidentiality.
