Jobtailor is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance, approvals, and catalog management.

You will design customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform and prepare functional and technical requirements documentation while coordinating process-improvement initiatives and prioritizing incoming requests. This role focuses on ensuring smooth platform operations and continuous improvement.
