About The Role

As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that help organizations transform business processes and maximize platform value. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, architects, delivery teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices and technical standards.
• Partner with clients to assess current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership across large-scale implementations, integrations, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, guide technical governance, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach consultants and technical team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
