Techifide is a UK-based technology recruitment company connecting talented professionals in Brazil with innovative businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom. We’re growing and looking for curious, motivated individuals to join our recruitment team on a fully remote, part-time basis (4 hours per day) from anywhere in Brazil.

• Search for software engineers and other technology professionals using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates' experience, English proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
• Organise candidate information and maintain accurate records in our recruitment system.
• Support the recruitment team with research and candidate pipeline management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or someone starting their professional career who wants to gain hands-on experience in international recruitment and the technology industry.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our Recruitment Director and learn how to identify and engage talented technology professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Search for software engineers and other technology professionals using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles to identify potential candidates.
• Contact professionals and introduce them to relevant job opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates' experience, English proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
• Organise candidate information and maintain accurate records in our recruitment system.
• Support the recruitment team with research and candidate pipeline management.
• Learn about different technologies, programming languages, and software engineering roles.

Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with technical terminology. We'll help you learn!
