Job summary

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Group Finance leader to head the finance function, oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit, and manage cash flow across the group.

The role includes preparing financial statements, management and Board reports, and timely SGX disclosures for a listed entity. You will lead end-to-end financial dealings of acquisitions and investments, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and financing arrangements, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a senior financial management role.
• Hands-on experience managing the finance function of a Singapore-listed company.
• Strong working experience with SGX, listed-company reporting, announcements, and corporate exercises.
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of investment, acquisition, and financing transactions within a listed-company environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, corporate governance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group Finance team and oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, Board reports, and SGX announcements.
• Prepare and review SGX announcements and ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, legal advisers, and other professional parties.
• Lead the end-to-end financial aspects of major investment and acquisition projects, including project evaluation, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, financing, funding arrangements, and transaction execution.
• Support acquisitions and injection of projects/assets into the listed company, including financial structuring, funding, transaction modelling, and related corporate exercises.
• Develop and evaluate financing structures for large-scale projects and acquisitions, including debt, equity, and other funding options.
• Monitor investment and project performance against approved budgets, assumptions, and targeted returns.
• Identify financial, funding, investment, and transaction risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular financial, investment, and transaction updates to the Chairman, CEO, and Board.

About the role

About you
