Ruhrpumpen Group in Brazil seeks a seasoned accounting professional to support the Financial Manager in analyses, reporting, and compliance. You will prepare financial statements, manage tax accounting ledgers, and assist audits while coordinating with teams in Mexico.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, >5 years’ experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to work in a multinational environment under pressure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Account analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
• Tax reconciliation and accounting analysis of taxes.
• Preparation of financial and accounting reports for corporate submission.
• Management of LALUR (Brazilian tax accounting ledger).
• Assistance with external, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation and submission of ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) and ECF.
• Handling of Block K requirements.
• Accounting reconciliation between accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support for the finance team in Mexico and participation in meetings.
• Monitoring and support between budgeting and execution.
• Assistance with accounting changes related to Tax Reform.
• Control and execution of costs in the correct projects and cost centers, enabling cost reduction analysis at the business unit level.

Purpose of the Role
