Job summary

Vision Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee statutory financial compliance and drive FP&A insights, partnering with commercial teams to enable growth and informed decision-making.

You will lead full sets of accounts, manage statutory and tax requirements, forecast and budget, and strengthen internal controls in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in group consolidation, full finance operation, and audit firm experience.
• Exposure to the FMCG or distribution sector is required.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on leadership with excellent stakeholder communication.

About the role

About you

• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing teams and partnering across business units

• Experience in group consolidation, full finance operation, and audit firm experience

• Ability to use Microsoft 365 Dynamics

• Exposure to the FMCG or distribution sector is required

• Strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder communication, and a hands-on approach
