Finance, Administration & Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance, Administration & Human Resources Manager to lead our financial operations, administrative functions, and HR processes. This role is responsible for financial management, credit control, expense governance, inventory management, statutory compliance, and people operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to provide business insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive key business performance indicators.

Finance & Accounting

• Manage full accounts, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Lead P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial standards and coordinate audits.

Credit Control & Receivables

• Oversee credit assessments, monitor overdue accounts, and implement collection strategies.
• Manage bad debt provisions and enforce credit policies.

Expense & Inventory Management

• Govern staff claims, expense policies, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and internal controls.

Administration & HR

• Manage office operations, procurement, vendor relations, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Oversee payroll, staff claims, recruitment, HR policies, and compliance with employment laws.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with departments to track KPIs, support business strategies, and analyze financial performance.
• Provide insights for pricing, promotions, and cost optimization.
