Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, repair and document service reports, while following safety procedures and company policies.

The role may involve standby duties or shift work to support customers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in engineering or related technical roles, with a Diploma/NITEC and strong communication skills to provide

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, field service, maintenance or a related technical role.
• Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Perform roster duties when required.
