Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a field service engineer for on-site support in Woodlands. The role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance with independent work capabilities.

You will troubleshoot faults, generate detailed service reports, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve product issues, using SAP for data recording and order management. Night shift and standby duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to perform standby duties and night shift as required.

• Provide front-line field service support, including fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification.
• Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
