Job summary

• Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
• Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assets.
• Participates in training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
• Adheres To Company Policies, Safety Standards, And Regulatory Requirements.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
• Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations.
• Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials.
• Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations.
• Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical, scientific, or operational processes.
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within their area of expertise.
• Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
