BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess senior leaders for client placements. This fully remote role targets US-based candidates and international openings, leveraging your expertise in executive search methods and talent assessment.

You will design tailored search strategies, manage offers and negotiations, and collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure successful, high-impact placements that drive strategic growth.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute customized search strategies to identify high-caliber talent for executive or senior-level roles.
