IDC is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to support a portfolio of LATAM events, with a Brazil focus, in a remote, full-time role. You will manage sponsor relationships, coordinate logistics from concept to execution, and drive ROI reporting across multiple concurrent programs.
You will lead kickoff calls, translate client objectives into activation strategies, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences for IT professionals and leaders.
Join IDC's expanding Latam events team as we build high-impact experiences for IT professionals and IT leaders across Latam with special focus on Brazil. We’re hiring a charismatic, organized, and client-centric Event Project Manager to support a portfolio of assigned events within our Brazil and rest of Latam events business.
This role reports to the Conference Director for Latam, Iberia and CEE and operates as part of a broader regional team, working collaboratively across a global events organization to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
This is a remote full-time role with high visibility and impact—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy from a home-based office. As an Event Project Manager, Latam, you will serve as the primary client liaison across your assigned portfolio of events, managing sponsor relationships and coordinating event logistics from concept through execution.
Core working hours are typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time; however, flexibility is expected to accommodate business needs, including global coordination and live event execution.
This is not a single-event ownership role. Success in this position requires effectively managing a portfolio of concurrent events with varying formats, stakeholders, and client expectations, while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery and client experience.
