Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, Quality for the GES Site in Marsiling to lead customer quality for assigned accounts.

You will investigate non-conformances, issue quality alerts, support containment, drive RCCA with engineering, and train quality inspectors to ensure robust device history records and compliance with ISO13485 and FDA QMSR.

Qualificações

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics/box build and PCBA for life science instruments.
• Familiarity with mechanical parts manufacturing and GD&T requirements.
• Familiarity with quality metrology equipment (CMM, VMM, Vernier caliper, micrometer).
• Knowledge of ISO13485 and FDA QMSR for medical devices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Issue quality alerts and training for containment; activate purge and stop production/shipment if needed.
• Coordinate RCCA with engineering and SMEs; present findings to customers.

We're looking to add aEngineer, Quality inSingapore. The position will be based in ourGES SiteinMarsiling.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Customer Quality functions for assigned customer account.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact person for Customer on quality-related matters
• Provide timely investigation reports on product Non-Conformance feedback
• For Containment, issue Quality Alert and training to production floor; activate purge and sorting to determine exposure and activate stop production and/or shipment if necessary
• For Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action plan, work closely with Engineering and other Subject Matter Experts to develop, and present and discuss with customer
• For Material related issues, follow up with SQE and relevant Supplier to establish RCCA.
• For Workmanship related issues, follow up with Production on Controls improvement.
• For Test Gap, Integration, Design related issues, work with Engineering to bring it into Technical Discussion.
• Coordinate for timely repair and physical turn-around of Returned Materials
• Manage and train Quality Inspectors to use the Quality checklist and relevant measurement tools to complete the electronic Device History Record.
• Update coverage and effectiveness of checklist based on product performance feedback.
• Flag SOP compliance violations spotted on Production floor to relevant managers for resolution.
• Work on improvement initiatives and assigned KPIs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2 years of experience working in Manufacturing, preferably manufacturing of Box Build and PCBA for Life Science instrument.
• Familiarity with Mechanical parts (Sheet metal, Machined parts, Castings, Plastics, Rubber) manufacturing process steps and controls.
• Able to interpret Technical Drawings, including the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.
• Familiarity with Quality Metrology Equipment (CMM, VMM, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer).
• Familiarity with Quality System requirements (ISO13485 and FDA QMSR for Medical Device)
• Independent self-starter, and strong collaborator
