AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality/Process Engineer to lead customer quality issue resolution and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

The role requires a degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science, with knowledge of DOE, JMP and QC tools. Travel may be required for business trips and audits.

Qualificações

• Requires degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer quality issues and drive continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Coordinate with process dept on quality issues and corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform process optimization, benchmarking using statistical tools and software.
• Manage external audits in line with TS & ISO requirements.

Summary:

• MNC

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm

• UP$3500-$4500

• $70 meal allowance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the company products and processes.

• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.

• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.

• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.

• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.

• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as and when required.
