Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier evaluation, audits, and qualification aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. You will monitor supplier performance, drive 8D corrective actions, and coordinate APQP/PPAP activities for transfers to contract manufacturers.

Qualificações

• Master or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier evaluation, auditing, and qualification to ensure ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions using 8D.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities and support transfers to contract manufacturers.
• Manage supplier quality issues from IQC to customer feedback using 8D/SCAR.
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, production, and global teams on quality.
• Identify supply chain quality risks and ensure regulatory/customer requirements.
• Apply FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE and statistical tools to support improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier evaluation, auditing, and qualification to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and company quality standards.

• Monitor supplier performance (DPPM, audit results, 8D response) and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Lead APQP and PPAP activities and support project transfers from internal manufacturing to contract manufacturers, including on-site validation and pilot runs.

• Manage supplier quality issues from IQC, production, and customer feedback using 8D methodology and SCAR processes.

• Collaborate closely with design, supply chain, production, and global teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify supply chain quality risks and ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific requirements.

• Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab/JMP) to support process improvement.

Requirements

• Candidate with Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering are welcome to apply.
