THE OPPORTUNITY

YOUR IMPACT
  • Evergreen Journey Ownership: Oversee, test, optimize, document and scale our evergreen monetization journey globally. Secure regional buy-in for rollouts and improvements.
  • Promotions and Global Initiatives Leadership: Leads promotions and global initiatives tailored to acquisition and monetization audiences. Oversee and manage global campaigns (e.g., Resolutions, global promotions), coordinating with Wellbeing Engagement, Program Management, Brand, and other areas. Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and capture learnings to refine future strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategic Opportunities: Apply analytical skills to identify global and regional opportunities using product and marketing data. Leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance the user growth strategy and support monetization efforts.
  • CRO and Best Practices Development: Identify, document, and scale Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices including CTA, templates, visuals, and messaging lengths. Ensure global consistency in playbooks for acquisition campaigns based on experimentation and regional insights.
  • Global Experimentation: Design and propose global tests and campaigns, balancing a global strategic vision with regional nuances. Innovate and problem-solve by testing hypotheses locally and scaling successful initiatives globally.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing global marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with global campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
