Cencora in Sao Paulo, Brazil is seeking a reliable courier driver for full-time operations. You will transport shipments, follow instructions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines to meet customer needs and maintain service quality.

We require a completed high school education, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in cold chain operations. Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision are essential.

Qualificações

• MOPP course and dangerous goods handling required.
• Basic knowledge of collection and delivery processes.
• At least 1 year experience in cold chain operations.
• Inbound and outbound logistics experience considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tasks completely, correctly, within designated time and budget.
• Transport shipments safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from superiors and company hierarchy.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Meet customer needs and expectations.
• Comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Load and unload company vehicles with scheduled loads.
• Check accuracy of cargo data during collection or delivery per Dispatch information.
• Choose best routes to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Verify that HAWB (Bill of Collection and Delivery) is correctly filled and packages are in good condition.
• Act as liaison between customers and World Courier; report information to Dispatch immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness internally and externally.
• Cooperate effectively with other team members.
• Be polite and respectful to all customers.
• Stay available for calls during working hours or as designated; avoid unexcused absences.
• Present yourself neatly and wear uniform when on company business.
• Follow work safety rules and respect traffic laws to avoid fines charged to driver.
• Immediately notify superiors of any accidents or incidents involving vehicle or driver.
• Keep driver’s license (CNH) and required courses up to date.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Use equipment and devices such as signals, navigation, and other tools.
• Communicate clearly and adhere to safety, hygiene, quality and environmental protection standards.
• Work under supervision of Operations Supervisor and Manager to meet Dispatchers’ requests for collections and deliveries and ensure documents align with requests.
