World Courier do Brasil is seeking a Domestic Customer Service Rep II to handle customer communications, create shipment jobs, and support domestic transport coordination. The role requires basic English, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service within transport or logistics, and are proactive in providing accurate information for pickups, deliveries, and invoicing.

Qualificações

• Fully graduated or studying college in the Business, Logistics or International Relationship area.
• 1+ year in customer service (transport companies) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by email and phone.
• Create jobs in system for pickups and domestic movements.
• Provide support to quotes and verify transport documents.
• Monitor and update shipments with drivers/agents, scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Enter charges and details for invoicing in HWB and system.
• Coordinate with operations for tracking and route optimization.
• Answer finance queries related to invoicing.

Apply today!# **Job Details****Responsibilities:*** Contact with customers by email and phone.* Create jobs in system for pick up ́s and domestic movements* Provide support to quotes* Verify information about restrictions in acceptance of products for transport. Verify and provide documents required for the domestic transport and include in World Courier systems any digitalized document that is necessary* Monitor system and receive information from drivers or agents about pickup and delivery hours to update system, also provide any feedback or information that is required by them for a shipment movement.* Contact customer and schedule pick-up ́s and deliveries* Insert all information, charges and details in system and HWB for invoicing process.* Tracking with operations departments.* Monitor system for any communication included and that requires a feedback/action.* Verify the best route/option before send a shipment to destination.* Follow World Courier procedures, working instructions and process.* Provide to customers temperature reading according with relevant procedure.* Answering doubts of Finance department regarding to invoicing processes.
