Cencora in São Paulo is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to manage budgets, forecasts, financial models, and executive reporting packages. This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, governance, and clear deliverables across planning cycles.

You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate performance, provide actionable insights, and develop team capabilities while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
• 3+ years in a management capacity preferred.
• CPA, CMA, CFA or related finance certification preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, business finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in a management capacity preferred.

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or other finance-related certification preferred.
