Greif is seeking an HR Coordinator in Brazil to coordinate HR processes across our Brazilian plants and provide HR support to local leadership. The role includes KPI monitoring, budget support, policy updates, and internal communications.

Travel to sites will be required, and experience in an industrial environment is a plus. Fluent/advanced English is required, Spanish preferred, and a completed higher education degree is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute HR processes across Brazil, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and engagement surveys.
• Monitor HR KPIs and report monthly across all plants in Brazil.
• Support annual people budget planning with plant leadership and track promotions/adjustments.
• Review/update internal HR policies and assist audits.
• Communicate HR matters internally (movements, projects, etc.).
• Support Brazil leadership on HR matters and follow up on global projects.
