Jobgether in Brazil seeks a junior Analyst for Import and Export to support end-to-end finished-product imports, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance for international shipments. You will collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams while supporting health-authority regulatory requirements and ANVISA processes.

Work includes pre-shipment checks, document verification, and monitoring timelines, with emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and proactive problem-solving

Qualificações

  • Experience with import processes requiring ANVISA approval and Portal Único/LPCO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Admin, Logistics or related field (or in progress).
  • Intermediate English for reading, writing and communication with international partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

  • Review new import processes for finished products and ensure requirements before shipment.
  • Validate documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis).
  • Coordinate corrections with suppliers to resolve discrepancies before shipments release.
  • Share new import processes with trading partners and freight forwarders weekly.
  • Provide shipping instructions and monitor departure/arrival dates.
  • Lead forums to track status of ongoing imports and report to stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks, flags risks, and align priorities across teams.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for anAnalista de Importação e Exportação Júniorbased inBrazil.

This role offers the opportunity to support end-to-end import operations for finished products in a structured and highly collaborative environment.
You will take ownership of pre-shipment activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and ready for international transportation.
Working closely with international suppliers, trading partners, freight forwarders, and internal teams, you will help keep shipments moving efficiently.
You will also support processes involving Brazilian health authorities, helping ensure regulatory requirements and approvals are met.
The position combines operational execution, document analysis, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
Your work will provide critical visibility into import flows, helping teams anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and avoid delays.
It is a strong opportunity for an early-career foreign trade professional looking to develop expertise in international logistics, compliance, and import operations.

Accountabilities
  • Perform critical reviews and preliminary checks of new import processes for finished products, ensuring all requirements are addressed before shipment.
  • Validate import documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, draft Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Analysis, and other supporting documents.
  • Identify documentation discrepancies in advance and coordinate corrections with international suppliers before shipments are released.
  • Consolidate and share new import processes with trading partners and freight forwarders on a weekly basis.
  • Provide shipping instructions, follow up on booking confirmations, and monitor estimated departure and arrival dates.
  • Lead and facilitate periodic internal forums to track the status of ongoing finished-product imports.
  • Present updated import-flow information to Regulatory Affairs, Planning, Demand, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, proactively flag potential delays, and align priorities across departments.
  • Support documentation reviews for products requiring health-authority approval and follow up on regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor processes involving ANVISA requirements through Portal Único/LPCO, including classifications, outstanding requirements, and restrictions.
  • Partner with internal Regulatory teams to help accelerate authorizations and releases.
  • Maintain accurate import follow-up reports, documenting occurrences, deadlines, and release dates to provide visibility to business teams.
Requirements
  • Experience with import processes requiring ANVISA approval, including familiarity with Portal Único and LPCO.
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, particularly for reading, writing, and communication with international suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Practical knowledge of pre-shipment routines, document verification, and import processes involving finished products.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing documentation, deadlines, and operational follow-up.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Proactive and responsible approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment while maintaining ownership of assigned processes.
