Cencora is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to oversee budgets, forecasts, financial models and executive reporting while partnering with senior leaders to drive performance. In this full-time role, you will lead planning cycles and provide strategic financial insights from Brazil.

As a senior FP&A professional, you will manage processes across planning and reporting, develop the team, strengthen controls, and support critical business decisions with actionable analyses.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in finance, FP&A, corporate finance or related field.
• 3+ years in a management capacity.
• Certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA) or finance-focused credentials preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, business finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in a management capacity preferred.

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or other finance-related certification preferred.
