Job description

We are seeking a highly operational, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to execute digital marketing activities in Brazil with discipline and consistency. This is primarily an execution role: publishing, updating, responding, coordinating, and reporting — reliably and on time.

The role supports B2B demand generation campaigns and marketing materials for the distribution channel (dealers), and supervises campaign execution carried out by the external digital agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the monthly content calendar for Brazil (social media, email/mailing campaigns, and web content), on time, every month.
  • Execute social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns end to end: briefing, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
  • Support B2B demand generation campaigns and produce or coordinate marketing materials for the distribution channel (dealers).
Agency & Campaign Supervision
  • Supervise and support paid media campaigns (SEM, paid social) executed by the external agency: review briefs, validate setup, monitor pacing and performance, and flag issues early.
  • Act as the day-to-day operational contact for the agency, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Social Media
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages and inquiries within one business day.
  • Manage social media publishing and community management according to the approved content calendar.
  • Track social media performance and prepare a monthly report.
SEO & Content
  • Research and write SEO-optimized content in Portuguese for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate content reviews and approvals with the Brazil Marketing Manager before publication.
  • Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO optimization.
Website & CMS Management
  • Update website content using the company's Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure website pages are accurate, up to date, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to publish new content and landing pages.
CRM & Marketing Operations
  • Maintain and update customer data within the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Support email marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer segmentation.
  • Maintain marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking.
Reporting
  • Prepare recurring marketing reports and dashboards (monthly at minimum) covering SEO, website traffic, social media, email, and campaign performance.
  • Keep task and project status updated in the team’s work management tool (ClickUp) without needing reminders.

This role requires a specific way of working. Candidates should recognize themselves in the following:

  • Proactive: anticipates needs, raises blockers early, and proposes next steps instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Diligent and consistent: deliverables are completed on time, every time, without follow-up or reminders.
  • Responsive: replies to internal messages and social media inquiries quickly (same business day).
  • Punctual: meets deadlines and arrives prepared to meetings.
  • Sound judgment: knows when to act, when to ask, and when to elevate — especially across time zones with a regional manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar hands‑on role.
  • Native Portuguese speaker (role is based in Brazil).
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) — required for daily coordination with the regional team.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and community engagement.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on‑page optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEM concepts and performance monitoring (agency supervision, not hands‑on execution).
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience with work management tools (ClickUp preferred, or Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • Experience updating websites through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketing reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is preferred.
Skills
  • Strong execution and organizational skills; high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation abilities in Portuguese; strong written English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a remote regional manager.
  • Self‑motivated and eager to learn new digital marketing tools and best practices.
