Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is seeking a Level 1 Customer Support agent to provide initial customer support, respond promptly, and escalate complex issues as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication, knowledge of HubSpot and Blip, and be available for weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule with a 5-on/2-off shift pattern.
