Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Specialist in São Paulo to oversee shipment operations from start to finish. You will coordinate air import shipments, monitor cargo movements, verify country-specific documentation, and work with customers to implement effective nonconformity resolutions.

The role requires experience in international freight forwarding and strong English skills, with familiarity with Brazilian tax and invoicing processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — subject to testing
• Experience in international freight forwarding
• Experience coordinating air import shipments

Responsabilidades

• Monitor every stage of the operational process for shipments
• Ensure the shipment logistics plan is properly designed
• Monitor cargo pickup, import, and export operations
• Verify documentation in each country
• Identify and develop effective solutions for potential nonconformities in coordination with the customer
• Coordinate air import shipments
• Provide customers with all process updates via email and system
• Ensure process completion based on information available in Brazilian Federal Revenue Service systems
• Release the process to the Finance team in the system so invoicing can proceed
• Review the origin agent’s invoice, taking completed negotiations into account, for subsequent foreign exchange settlement
