Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an Import/Export Specialist to manage end-to-end foreign trade activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities. You will coordinate with brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government agencies, and utilize SAP to monitor documentation and performance indicators.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, foreign trade experience, and strong English skills, with the ability to handle multiple processes

Responsabilidades

• Support the management of import and export processes from order receipt through delivery to the distribution center and/or logistics operator.
• Update tracking reports and review documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate activities with customs brokers, shipping lines, terminals, freight forwarders, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, and regulatory authorities such as Anvisa, the Federal Police Department (DPF), and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA).
• Develop and manage performance indicators and monitor the performance of partners and service providers.
• Support the understanding of requests from internal departments.
• Carry out import and export activities and control the document flow for operations.
• Ensure materials are ready for release at ports and airports through an integrated internal system.
• Execute actions to support the registration and approval of new materials.
• Manage the strategic quality of tracking information to support decision-making.
• Contribute to project management by assessing the impacts of changes in accordance with the guidelines received.
