Overview of the role

The Customer Care Representative position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with excellent analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities to support recruitment processes in a fast‑growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the sourcing process including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.
• Understanding the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to specific needs.
