Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in Brazil, seeks a Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant to ensure payroll stability, compliance, and evolution in an SAP ECC/SAP HCM environment. You will manage complex payroll scenarios, configure PCRs, and adapt schemas to Brazilian labor rules and eSocial requirements.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant payroll solutions and contribute to rollout projects, new implementations, and ongoing improvements for high-volume

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an SAP HCM consultant with PY payroll and Brazilian localization.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, PCR configuration, averages, alimony, vacations, termination, and thirteenth salary.
• Experience with SAP HCM PA, PT, BN submodules and eSocial architecture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the SAP HCM PY payroll environment is stable, compliant, and scalable.
• Configure and maintain PCRs and payroll schemas for Brazilian requirements.
• Align payroll processes with Brazilian labor legislation and eSocial obligations.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) SAP HCM PY Sênior based in Brazil.

As a Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, evolution, and legal compliance of payroll processes within an SAP ECC environment. You will work across complex payroll scenarios, technical configurations, legal requirements, and continuous improvements. The role combines hands-on SAP HCM PY expertise with close collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders. You will contribute to projects, roll-outs, new implementations, and specialized support for high-volume payroll operations. Your work will be critical to maintaining accurate, scalable, and compliant payroll processes in Brazil. • Ensure the stability, performance, evolution, and legal compliance of the SAP HCM PY payroll environment, providing specialized support for complex incidents, improvements, projects, roll-outs, and new implementations.

• Configure and maintain complex Payroll Control Records (PCRs) and payroll schemas, adapting SAP HCM PY processes to collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, and business requirements.

• Ensure payroll processes remain aligned with Brazilian labor legislation, legal updates, ancillary obligations, and eSocial requirements, including event submission, error resolution, and data cleansing.

• Translate HR and Payroll business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, proposing efficient, scalable, and sustainable SAP solutions.

• Support complex payroll processes involving averages, alimony, vacations, termination calculations, thirteenth salary, and other Brazilian payroll requirements.

• Collaborate with related SAP HCM areas, including Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Benefits, to ensure integrated and consistent payroll operations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects, contributing technical expertise to the evolution of payroll processes, system performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with proven expertise in the PY Payroll submodule and Brazilian localization.

• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas and calculation rules, including PCR configuration, averages processing, alimony, vacations, termination, thirteenth salary, and other complex payroll processes.

• Good understanding of and experience working with SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), and Benefits (BN) submodules.

• Previous experience in large organizations, preferably within industrial, metallurgical, or steel environments, with exposure to high-volume payroll processing and multiple collective bargaining rules.

• Practical experience with the eSocial architecture within SAP, including troubleshooting inconsistencies, managing errors, and handling payroll-related messaging and events.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with HR, Payroll, technical teams, and other business stakeholders.

• ABAP knowledge applied to HCM is desirable, including the ability to read code, perform debugging, and understand Logical Databases.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transition or coexistence environments, including H4S4 and Private Cloud Edition, is desirable.

• Official SAP HCM certification is considered an advantage.
