Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as an HCM consultant.

• Support payroll processing activities for USA & MX.

• Creation of Custom Wage Types.
• Year end activities for customers from USA & MX.
• Technical knowledge about: Garnishments, benefits and deductions.
• US & MX payroll knowledge.
• Country related Tax knowledge.
• Nice to have:
• ABAP knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of SAP communications.
• Canda PY knowledge.
• Other countries payroll knowledge
• Experience with the integration between SF and HCM
