This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior SAP SuccessFactors opportunity supporting an international implementation project in a fully remote environment.
You will work closely with HR teams and global stakeholders to deliver modern, scalable HR solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
The role has a strong focus on Employee Central, with additional exposure to LMS, integrations, data migration, and testing.
You will contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and configuration through go-live and post-implementation support.
The position offers the opportunity to work across both functional and technical interfaces, collaborating with international teams.
You will bring your SAP SuccessFactors expertise to complex HR transformation initiatives while helping ensure reliable and effective solution delivery.

Accountabilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, working across different phases of the project lifecycle.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and Integration solutions according to project requirements and areas of expertise.
• Analyze business and HR requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and recommend approaches aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Support data migration activities, system integrations, and testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work closely with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and global project teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.
• Support SAP integrations involving SAP CPI/PI and related systems, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Contribute to project activities during go-live and provide post-implementation support to help ensure a smooth transition into operation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with proven experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, particularly SAP CPI/PI.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Experience supporting data migration, system integration, and UAT activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international project environment.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
