What you will do

• Define program scope and structure: Collaborate with business leaders to establish clear objectives and execution roadmaps.

• Lead stakeholder engagement: Build and execute stakeholder plans to ensure strong alignment across commercial, operations, and leadership teams.

• Drive strategic planning and execution: Manage program lifecycle from planning to delivery using PMO tools and best practices.

• Deliver high-impact results: Prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals and ensure timely, quality-driven outcomes.

• Manage program schedules and budgets: Oversee milestones, critical paths, and financial efficiency through structured planning.

• Mitigate risks proactively: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to minimize potential risks and ensure program resilience.

• Ensure high-quality standards: Develop quality frameworks and leverage tools to maintain program excellence.

• Communicate across a global matrix: Influence and inform diverse stakeholders through clear, strategic communication.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business, finance, engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience in operations, corporate functions, sales or marketing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.

• Fluency in English.

Preferred:

• PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

• Experience in the industry ideally medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.

• Experience in change management.

Travel Percentage: 20%
