The ASIN Journey team at Amazon Brazil is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and data-driven Program Manager to support our strategic programs aimed at expanding Selection.

The ASIN (Amazon's SKU) journey within the Selection Funnel is complex, involving multiple steps across various areas. We aim to continuously improve processes, mechanisms, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a diverse variety of items for our customers.

The main responsibility for this role is to ensure mechanisms are in place to address defects effectively and to engage the appropriate teams to accelerate the Selection Funnel by understanding its journey deeply. Key skills include prioritization, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Proven ability to communicate and present to executive and senior audiences
  • Strong track record of driving process improvements
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience in stakeholder management across organizational levels
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques
