Description and Requirements

Job Description

Lenovo is launching a new Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) digital business in Brazil, focused on driving direct sales of server, storage, and infrastructure products through Lenovo.com.br. As the ISG Brazil eCommerce Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and business operations for this critical initiative, with a strong focus on accelerating growth in Brazil’s B2B market.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role requiring deep ownership of ISG eCommerce processes. You will work closely with Brazil’s ISG 4P and Sales teams, as well as Lenovo’s global eCommerce organization, to deliver on revenue targets, shape the customer experience, and drive digital transformation within the ISG business.

You will own Brazil’s ISG eCommerce 4P strategy across Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, and be responsible for launching and managing performance marketing programs to generate leads, influence pipeline, and convert web traffic into sales. This is a unique opportunity to help build a business from the ground up and directly impact Lenovo’s global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

4P Strategy Ownership (Brazil ISG eCommerce)

  • Product: Define the ideal ISG eCommerce product portfolio (servers, storage, and options) for Lenovo.com in Brazil, in close collaboration with local 4P and global product and category teams.
  • Pricing: Lead Brazil-specific web pricing strategy, including promotions, deal structures, and competitive price factor value (PFV) benchmarking, in coordination with ISG Pricing and eCommerce operations.
  • Place: Position Lenovo.com.br as a key digital touchpoint for B2B ISG sales in Brazil, while supporting an integrated, omnichannel go-to-market approach in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Promotion: Develop and execute localized digital marketing demand generation campaigns aligned with ISG sales priorities, leveraging paid media, email, and account-based marketing.

Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead Brazil’s ISG Web go-to-market planning, forecasting, and campaign execution in alignment with Sales, ISG 4P, Supply Chain, Channel/Reseller, and eCommerce teams.
  • Partner with Lenovo’s global eCommerce organization (site operations, merchandising, UX, BT/IT, and pricing operations) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Lenovo.com.br
  • Own and manage key business KPIs, including overall sales and profit contribution, web traffic, conversion rates, leads, ROAS and generated pipeline.

Market Activation & Reporting

  • Represent the Brazil ISG Web business in global strategy discussions and regular business reviews, ensuring alignment with broader ISG and eCommerce goals.
  • Serve as the local subject matter expert, surfacing market-specific needs, blockers, and growth opportunities to influence global strategy and investment planning.
  • Collaborate with Lenovo’s appointed digital agency to plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across SEM, paid social, and programmatic channels — ensuring media budgets are aligned to campaign goals and delivering measurable results.
  • Lead the creative briefing process, audience targeting strategy, localization requirements, and campaign calendar in collaboration with the agency and global marketing teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, supporting continuous optimization through A/B testing, segmentation, and funnel analysis.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations using marketing automation tools (e.g., BlueCore), web analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product/portfolio management, or digital program leadership.
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling digital marketing and demand generation programs in Brazil or LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of Brazil’s B2B and IT infrastructure landscape.
  • Experience collaborating across functions such as Sales, Product Management, Pricing, and eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with servers, storage, or other data center infrastructure solutions is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment with distributed teams.
