  • Develop communication strategies for programs and initiatives
  • Create comprehensive plans detailing the entire program or project, keeping this document alive and regularly updated
  • Proactively track issues, risks, and dependencies of initiatives/projects for timely mitigation and resolution
  • Apply the right project and program solutions based on needs (Risk Frameworks, Dependency Frameworks, Decision Frameworks, etc.)

  • Understand the program's impact on the portfolio and work to keep it aligned with expectations
  • Maintain control of all portfolio needs in appropriate processes and documentation
  • Establish partnerships with engineering and design teams to keep updated information on allocation, delivery capacity, research, experimentation, and predictability

Values

  • Ownership: Take responsibility for the program's success, proactively identify pain points, be accountable for failures, and engage in continuous learning
  • Communication: Adapt messages to the target audience, proactively share information, and promote effective communication within teams
  • Collaboration: Build relationships and coordinate between teams and disciplines, proactively communicate requirements, identify product/engineering blind spots
