General Description:

The Commercial & Logistics Operations Manager will be a key enabler of business operations, acting at the intersection of supply chain, customer service, finance operations, and project management. This role will lead and coordinate critical initiatives that support BeiGene's business growth and operational excellence in Brazil.

With a strong ownership mindset, this professional will manage end-to-end processes – including importation workflows, sales orders, invoicing, SAP master data, credit and collections – ensuring agility, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The role also includes responsibility for analyzing operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and acting as Project Manager for strategic initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration.

This position requires close partnership with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Global Supply Chain, and IT) and external partners (3PL provider, SAP consultants), acting as a liaison between local and global teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and oversee customer service operations, including order entry, invoicing, billing issue resolution, credit & collections, and monitoring of service KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP master data management for customers, products, and pricing.
  • Act as project manager for local and global initiatives that impact Brazil's commercial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with importation regulations and alignment between regulatory timelines and logistics planning.
  • Coordinate activities with the 3PL to ensure excellent execution of distribution and logistics services.
  • Monitor and analyze key business indicators, recommending actions to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
  • Interface with SAP support teams and external consultants, identifying needs and driving solutions for system and process enhancements

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, logistics/supply operations, and project management roles.
  • Experience with process mapping, improvement projects, and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and cultures.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for interaction with global teams.
  • Strong pragmatism, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize and act with autonomy.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Customer Service Analyst, promoting a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Computer Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (SD/MM modules).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI, Thomson Reuters solutions, and project management tools.
