The team is responsible for all operations related to Airports, Events, and Venues, including rider and driver experience, pricing, and partner management of ongoing partnerships.

This Operations Manager will handle partner management for airports, analyze and define strategies to optimize the airports marketplace using a data-driven approach, and be responsible for technical topics, stakeholder, and partner management.

What You'll Do

• Problem Solving: Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, propose solutions, and recommend the best approach to enhance airport efficiencies and growth.
• Process Optimization: Implement, optimize, and scale analyses and processes across the country, regularly reviewing airport performance.
• Business Sense: Monitor and interpret operational and financial metrics to develop strategies and understand business levers.
• Partner Management: Manage requests and discussions with airport partners, analyze airport data, and grow partnerships.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to scope, test, and implement initiatives.

What You'll Need
