Jobtailor in Campinas, Brazil, seeks a senior Live Marketing Partner to act as the client’s ambassador, align communications with brand objectives, and lead cross-functional teams.

You will translate briefs into technical documents with goals, KPIs, and constraints, build stakeholder rapport, and oversee dashboards and status reports to ensure feasible, high-impact activations.

This role requires advanced English, proven Live Marketing experience, and strong agency-side project management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Events, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; plus postgraduate degree or MBA.
• Solid experience in Live Marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of event production, promotional merchandise logistics, staff hiring, and scenography.
• Ability to assess whether a Live Marketing initiative aligns with client positioning.
• Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Experience with project management tools and structured client service processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the client’s ambassador within the agency, aligning communications with the brand’s objectives.
• Establish and manage communication SLAs.
• Ensure clients receive structured reports and proactively manage expectations.
• Build relationships based on technical trust and anticipate client needs.
• Lead the strategic development of briefs into technical documents with goals, KPIs, and constraints.
• Orchestrate collaboration among Creative, Production, and Planning teams.
• Conduct meetings to validate technical and financial feasibility of proposals.
• Ensure supplier network quality and act as final approval filter.
• Manage project critical paths and identify operational, weather-related and logistical risks.
• Implement contingency plans for activations.
• Monitor contractual and technical milestones through dashboards or status reports.
